Medication assessment: one determinant of falls risk. Pa Patient Saf Advis 2008 Mar;5(1):16-8. This article contained statements in error on pages 16 and 17 that need correction about the 33,882 falls reported in 2006 to PA-PSRS. The statements should indicate that the 33,882 falls represented all falls in 2006, not just those associated with medications, from which the pool of 4,009 falls associated with concomitant use of two or more medications was examined, as noted in Table 2. These corrections have been made to the online version of the article. The editor regrets the error.
